Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, direct, and coordinate all IT-related activities, including network management, software development, and system administration. Oversee the installation, maintenance, and upgrading of hardware, software, and IT systems. Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure security, data integrity, and compliance with regulations. Manage IT staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations, fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment. Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure minimal downtime through effective disaster recovery and backup strategies. Collaborate with department heads to identify technology needs and recommend solutions to improve productivity and efficiency.

Manage IT budgets, negotiate with vendors, and oversee procurement of equipment and services. Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend upgrades or new systems as needed. Ensure cybersecurity measures are in place, including firewalls, antivirus software, and employee training on security protocols. Provide regular reports to senior management on IT performance, projects, and strategic initiatives. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). 1+ years of experience in IT management or a similar leadership role. Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and database management.

Proven experience managing IT projects, budgets, and teams. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Relevant certifications (e. g. , ITIL, PMP, CISSP, CompTIA) are a plus.
