Design and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to meet organizational hiring goals and support business objectives. Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters, providing guidance on best practices, performance management, and professional growth. Hiring Process Oversight: Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and a high-quality candidate experience across all roles. Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with department heads and senior leadership to understand workforce needs, forecast hiring demands, and align recruitment efforts with business priorities. Employer Branding: Lead initiatives to strengthen the company’s employer brand through job postings, career fairs, social media, and other channels.
Diversity and Inclusion: Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) in recruitment, implementing strategies to attract and retain a diverse workforce. Metrics and Reporting: Analyze recruitment metrics (e. g. , time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, quality-of-hire) and provide data-driven insights to optimize processes and report to leadership. Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies, job boards, and other talent acquisition partners. Qualifications: Experience:
7+ years of recruitment experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree or HR certification preferred). Skills: Proven track record of leading successful recruitment teams and filling high-volume or specialized roles. Expertise in applicant tracking systems (e. g. , Workday, Greenhouse, Taleo) and recruitment tools (e. g. , LinkedIn Recruiter). Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to engage with candidates, team members, and executives.
