Collaborate with department leaders to define job requirements, candidate profiles, and hiring timelines. Design and execute innovative sourcing strategies, including job postings, social media outreach, networking, and leveraging talent pools. Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates to ensure alignment with role requirements and company culture. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial outreach to offer negotiation and onboarding coordination. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs. Provide guidance to hiring managers on best practices for interviewing, candidate selection, and market trends.

Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies throughout the recruitment process. Track and analyze recruitment metrics (e. g. , time-to-fill, cost-per-hire) to optimize processes and report on performance. Enhance the employer brand by promoting a positive candidate experience and representing the company at career fairs or industry events. Mentor junior recruiters or team members as needed, contributing to the overall success of the talent acquisition function. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred. 3+ years of recruitment experience, with a focus on full-cycle recruiting in a fast-paced environment.

Proven expertise in sourcing and placing candidates across diverse roles and industries. Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR tools (e. g. , LinkedIn Recruiter, Workday, Greenhouse). Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently under tight deadlines. Experience in a high-volume recruiting environment or with specialized roles (e. g. , technical, executive) is a plus.
