Develop and implement a talent acquisition strategy that supports organizational growth and workforce planning goals. Manage and mentor a team of recruiters, setting performance targets and providing training to enhance their skills. Partner with senior leadership and hiring managers to identify staffing needs, define job roles, and prioritize key hires. Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management. Design and refine recruitment processes to improve efficiency, reduce time-to-hire, and enhance candidate quality. Leverage data and recruitment analytics to track KPIs (e. g. , cost-per-hire, source effectiveness) and provide actionable insights to leadership.
Build and maintain relationships with external partners, such as staffing agencies, universities, and professional networks. Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in hiring practices, ensuring a broad and representative talent pool. Enhance the company’s employer brand through targeted campaigns, social media presence, and participation in industry events. Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations, maintaining accurate documentation and reporting. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or certification (e. g. , PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
7+ years of recruitment experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role. Demonstrated success in building and leading high-performing talent acquisition teams. Expertise in modern recruiting tools and platforms (e. g. , LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems like Taleo or Workable). Strong knowledge of labor market trends, sourcing techniques, and employment regulations. Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative and results-driven approach. Analytical mindset with experience using recruitment metrics to drive decisions. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities effectively.
