The RoleAs our first AI Transformation Business Analyst, you will dive deep into processes, map data flows, co-design automation solutions, test for quality, and train teams to adopt new bots—all in rapid cycles that keep Pixi agile and ahead of the curve. Key ResponsibilitiesConduct discovery sessions, shadow workflows, and deliver current-state process maps. Translate findings into functional requirements and edge-case scenarios for engineers. Build and execute test plans—accuracy, hallucination checks, regression, and performance. Launch lightweight dashboards to monitor usage, latency, and error rates. Craft SOPs, Loom walkthroughs, and quick-start guides; host live enablement sessions.
Gather feedback post-go-live and feed continuous-improvement backlog. Qualifications3–5 years in business analysis, QA, or process-improvement roles. Proficient in data wrangling/visualisation (basic SQL, Google Sheets, BI tools). Familiar with testing AI prompts and statistical quality sampling. Excellent communicator and natural teacher—able to simplify the complex. Nice-to-haves: Lean/Six Sigma certification; experience supporting CX or e-commerce ops.
