The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of dough preparation, fermentation, and baking techniques, and be able to maintain high quality and consistency in every pizza served.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and cook a variety of pizzas using a wood-fired oven.Manage dough preparation, proofing, and stretching with proper techniques.Develop and maintain high-quality pizza recipes and toppings.Ensure consistent taste, presentation, and portion control.Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen.Monitor ingredient stock and coordinate with management for procurement.Ensure efficient kitchen operations during service hours.Follow food safety and sanitation procedures at all times. RequirementsProven experience as a Pizza Chef or Commis Chef specializing in wood-fired pizzas.Strong knowledge of traditional Italian pizza-making techniques.Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Creativity and attention to detail in presentation and flavor.Good communication and teamwork skills.Basic knowledge of kitchen safety and hygiene standards.
