The junior Accountant/Recently Qualified Accountant will work closely with senior staff and partners to deliver financial statements, tax compliance, and advisory support to a varied client base. This role is ideally suited to an individual who is technically strong, eager to take on responsibility, and looking to deepen their experience within practice. Experience, qualifications and skills: ACA / ACCA / CPA qualified (or equivalent), ideally 1+ year post-qualification experience in Irish practiceStrong understanding of Irish GAAP, tax legislation, and Revenue processesExperience using key accountancy software (e. g.
Surf, Sage, Relate, Thesaurus, ROS)Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and OutlookExcellent communication skills – confident in liaising directly with clientsDemonstrated ability to work to deadlines and manage multiple jobs in progressHigh attention to detail and personal accountability for quality of work.
