About the RoleAs Head of Sales, you will lead the global sales strategy for Placement International Group, reporting directly to the Growth Director. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding our international presence, and managing the full sales lifecycle—from lead generation to successful candidate placement. You’ll build and guide a high-performing sales team, identify new markets, and foster strategic partnerships, all while ensuring alignment with our mission to connect cultures through hospitality. Key ResponsibilitiesSales Leadership & StrategyDefine and implement a global sales strategy across all brands. Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing international sales team.

Set and monitor KPIs to ensure consistent performance and goal achievement. Business Development & Market ExpansionIdentify new business opportunities and growth markets. Build strategic partnerships with leading hospitality brands and educational institutions. Represent the company at global events, fairs, and conferences. Revenue & Pipeline ManagementOversee the complete sales process from lead generation to placement or enrollment. Ensure accurate pipeline tracking, forecasting, and reporting. Drive improvements in conversion rates and lead quality through data and insights. Cross-Functional CollaborationCoordinate closely with the Talent, Search & Development Director for seamless candidate matching.

Collaborate with Marketing, Admissions, Visas, and Academics to deliver a unified and exceptional customer experience. Share structured market feedback to support strategic decision-making across departments. What We’re Looking For8+ years of senior-level experience in sales or business development, preferably in hospitality, education, or recruitment. Fluent English (spoken and written) is essential. Proficiency in CRM systems like HubSpot or Salesforce. Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite. A proactive team leader with strong interpersonal and communication skills. Strategic, resilient, results-oriented, and highly organized. Excellent presentation and public speaking ability. Emotionally intelligent and comfortable working across cultures.
