Job Description

About the Role: We are seeking a detail-oriented Clinical Project Assistant to join a dynamic Study Build team at a leading global life sciences technology company. This is a fully remote position based in Denmark. The successful candidate will play a key role in translating complex clinical research protocols into electronic data capture system requirements, collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams and clients to ensure seamless study builds. Key Responsibilities:

Review clinical protocols and project documentation to define scope and requirements for study buildsAssist in designing and overseeing electronic Clinical Outcome Assessment (eCOA) system configurationsCollaborate with Study Operations Leads to identify resource needs and project timelinesDefine system requirements including form content, metadata, and regulatory compliance considerationsConduct internal User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and manage client UAT processesLead meetings internally and with clients to align on study design and system functionalityGenerate and update study-related reports and maintain standard design librariesCoordinate with project management, data management, and programming teams to ensure data export and mapping requirements are metSupport training initiatives and assist with change control scopingQualifications:
