Onto Innovation strives to optimize customers’ critical path of progress by making them smarter, faster and more efficient.Job Summary & ResponsibilitiesThis role is physically located in Korea and will be reporting into headquarter in USAAs a member of Global Spares Planning, be a single point of contact for all spares related issues for Korea Field Service Team across all product linesMonitor fulfillment metric and perform monthly miss analysis to identify gaps and improvement opportunitiesMonitor local stock against stocking plan and drive replenishment for the shortage to meet and maintain LWS (Lines With Stock) targetAddress current and future issues impacting fulfillment performanceWork closely with HQ GSP to stay fully aligned on business goals and strategiesEnsure service commitments for customers and regions are incorporated into the spares stocking planInitiate transshipments between stocking locations to maximize fulfillment performanceTrack the future slot plan for Korea and ensure the stocking plan are established on timeBuild automated processes for the global reverse logistics to ensure it scales efficiently and drives long-term productivity and speedDevelop and implement strategies to improve inventory visibility, efficiency of movement, reduce costs, and minimize waste across all reverse logistics operationsTake ownership of reverse logistics inventory data analysis and reportingInfluence stakeholders (Field Service) to ensure all defective spares are accounted and returned to HFR on timeQualificationsFluency in EnglishAn aptitude for service supply chain operationsThrives on fast-paced change and seeks to adapt to customer preferences and volatile market conditions.Strong tolerance of ever-changing schedules, frequent reprioritizationIdentifies opportunities for improvement in all aspects of work and has the initiative to develop and implement solutions to problems encountered.Strong aptitude and competence for all popular business software applications.Oracle experience preferredBS/BS in Supply Chain Management or related field with 2 years of on-the-job experience.If no degree, 4+ years of related planning experience in a low volume, high value, custom configured capital equipment manufacturing environment.Strong knowledge of Oracle ERP/MRP systems, standard business practices, and production scheduling methodology.Experiences in data analytics and analytical tools such as Power BIOnto Innovation Inc. offers competitive salaries and a generous benefits package, including health/dental/vision/life/disability, PTO, 401K plan with employer match, and an Employee Stock Purchase Program (ESPP) along with health & wellness initiatives.
