We take accountability for decisions and recovery actions, sustaining momentum without compromising quality.We are on the hunt of an exceptional Planner to support projects throughout Australia and also support the growth of the business through your exceptional capability, skillset and attitude.The ideal candidate will have significant experience in the development of detailed project plans for large integration of BoQ/QMR preparing EoT claims, tender and baseline submission. Additionally, we are looking for someone with experience in construction, an eye for detail, a positive proactive attitude and quick to learn new systems and provide services in line with our business values of Performance, Integrity, Efficiency and Commitment.Job DescriptionDevelopment of detailed programs in line with the scope of works, as well as estimate.Prepare weekly and monthly reports including cost, EV / PV / PF performance and detailed insights as to project performance.Work with the site teams to ensure that resources are available in accordance with the resource plan.Assist with the maximization of plant, equipment and labour utilization in conjunction with the Site Manager.Assist with implementation of systems, controls and training to ensure labour productivity is within budget.Develop 4D plans, utilising Synchro technology.Develop reporting utilising Power BI software.Presenting schedule analysis to internal and external stakeholders as required.Analysing deviations and proposed variations to evaluate impact on the project time-frame and resource requirements.Ability to analyse cost estimates and challenge labour productivities, rate allocation and provide cost savings.RewardExcellent remuneration and bonus structure. You will be mentored by some of the best Project Professionals in Australia.You will be part of a company aspiring to be the number 1 Project Consultancy in Australia, and expose your career to limitless possibilities.You will be part of something special, a company that sees you as who you are.
