Design & Build are working on behalf of one of South Australia's leading commercial businesses that also have a strong presence throughout Victoria & New Zealand.The CompanyBacked by one of the biggest & best players in Australia's civil construction scene, our client have entered the Australian & NZ commercial scene to deliver projects across sectors including Community & Sports, Education, Healthcare, Defense, and Industrial.The RoleTo manage and coordinate Project and Tender Submission planning, Project controls and the implementation of associated work programs.Develop initial tender programmes, review and update for construction programmes and establish project planning teams on site as appropriate.Identify, train and mentor potential young coordinators/engineers in all facets of project planning and Project control.Planning and Scheduling of existing and future projects, including the translation and development of construction drawings and documentationAuditing of construction project programmes to ensure they align with the company building proceduresCollaborating with project teams, subcontractors, and other key stakeholdersAbout You2+ years' experience as a Planner working on construction projectsA tertiary qualification in constructionKnowledge of specific planning or scheduling softwaresUnderstanding of cost management from a preliminary If you're interested in discussing this opportunity, please click 'Apply Now' or send your CV to acooper@designandbuild.com.au
