You will work closely with the Planning Manager, operational leaders, and customer representatives to ensure that logistics processes are efficient, accurate, and fully compliant with internal and customer standards.Your role includes process design, optimization, system support, and participation in workshops and customer meetings. You will also ensure that all planning-related documentation, systems, and processes meet the highest quality and safety expectations.This is a full-time, on-site position based in Debrecen.Who You AreYou are analytical, organized, and proactive.You enjoy working with data, systems, and processes — and you are confident turning complex information into clear, practical solutions.You communicate well with both operational teams and management, and you take ownership of your planning tasks.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop logistics service proposals based on customer requirementsParticipate in logistics process and layout optimization (including workshops)Analyze existing processes and systems using collected dataDesign logistics processes and coordinate their implementationIntroduce and coordinate ongoing planning tasksOperate and update planning-related IT systems (Document Management System, SAP, AutoCAD)Support project work and cross-functional activitiesMonitor existing logistics processes and take corrective action when neededParticipate in customer meetings, workshops, and auditsSupport quality improvement activities and monthly reportingProvide data and collaborate directly with the customerFollow and support 5S standards in the working environmentRequirementsSecondary education (technical or logistics background is an advantage)SAP knowledge (advantage)AutoCAD knowledge (advantage)Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)Ability to understand numerical relationships and apply mathematical logicEnglish knowledge (spoken and written)Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skillsProactive mindset and ability to provide early identification of process issuesNice to HaveExperience in logistics planning or process engineeringExperience in automotive or manufacturing environmentFamiliarity with 5S, QHSE, and internal audit processesCompensationDP World offers exciting and challenging roles within a growing international organization.
