With a strong reputation for innovation, technical excellence, and collaboration, this company offers an environment where your skills will shape the future of mission-critical infrastructure.The Role We are seeking an experienced Project Planner to join our delivery team on a major data centre build in Berlin. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing, managing, and monitoring the project programme throughout its lifecycle — ensuring that milestones, budgets, and client expectations are consistently achieved.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar softwareTrack project progress, identify variances, and provide proactive mitigation strategiesWork closely with project management, design, and engineering teams to align schedules with construction sequencingSupport tender and pre-construction planning activitiesProduce progress reports, dashboards, and performance metrics for internal and client reviewLiaise with subcontractors and suppliers to coordinate timelines and deliverablesContribute to risk analysis, forecasting, and resource allocation planningRequirementsProven experience as a Project Planner / Scheduler on large-scale construction projects (data centre or industrial preferred)Strong knowledge of construction methodologies and project sequencingProficiency in Primavera P6 and MS ProjectExcellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skillsFluent English; German language skills advantageousEligible to work in the EUWhat’s on OfferCompetitive salary and benefits packageOpportunity to work on high-profile, technically challenging projectsCareer development within a leading international contractorSupportive, dynamic, and safety-focused working environmentHow to Apply If you’re a proactive and detail-driven planner looking to take on a major European project, we’d love to hear from you.
