We are currently seeking a dedicated Planning & Logistics Manager in Europe to enhance our planning and logistics operations.We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Planning and Logistics Manager to lead and coordinate the end-to-end planning, logistics, and inventory functions across our EMEA operations. This role will play a key part in optimizing supply chain efficiency, improving service delivery, and supporting business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in demand planning, inventory control, freight and distribution, and supplier management within the European and/or EMEA markets.Key Responsibilities:Manage demand forecasts in collaboration with sales, operations, and procurement teamsLead the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process to align supply with business demandDrive production and supply planning processes to ensure optimal stock availability while minimizing storage costsMonitor KPI metrics such as forecast accuracy and stock turnsManage end-to-end logistics operations including warehousing, distribution, and transport (domestic and international)Oversee relationships with 3PL providers, freight forwarders, and carriers to ensure cost-effective and timely deliveriesEnsure compliance with all applicable local and federal transport and trade regulationsResolve logistics-related issues such as delays, damages, or supply interruptionsLead inventory planning, optimization, and stock control strategiesMonitor inventory accuracy and implement cycle counts or audits as requiredCollaborate with IT and operations teams to ensure effective use of ERP and logistics system (SAP)Work cross-functionally with procurement, sales, production, and finance teams to ensure supply chain alignment with broader business goalsProvide regular reporting to senior management on planning, logistics, and inventory performanceRequired Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred)5+ years of experience in supply chain planning, logistics, or operations managementStrong knowledge of inventory management, demand planning, and logistics principlesExperience with ERP/WMS systems (SAP)Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis; experience with forecasting tools is a plusExcellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skillsExperience with international logistics and customs compliance is preferredLocated in the Netherlands, preferably Venlo or the surrounding areaWorking Conditions / Equipment: Ability to sit for extended periods while working at a desk and/or computerWillingness to be on call and flexible with changing work schedules based on business needsOccasional access to warehouse and manufacturing environments, including both climate-controlled and non-climate-controlled areasProficiency in using standard office equipment and software (e.g., computer, printer, phone, Microsoft Office Suite)Reporting Line:Reports directly to the Director of Global Supply ChainPowered by JazzHR0XAi40MkVS
