Job Title: Planning & Execution – Organizational Planning Section (A&M)Department: Corporate Strategy Department, Ad & Media CompanyLocation: TokyoJob OverviewIn this role, you will contribute to organizational design, HR system planning, talent management, and strategic HR initiatives that directly support business growth. You will collaborate closely with executives and cross-functional teams to develop systems, processes, and programs that enhance productivity, retention, and organizational performance.Key Responsibilities 1. HR System Planning & DesignPlan, design, implement, and operate HR systems (evaluation, compensation, grading, career development, retention)Develop and manage employee career development programsIdentify and resolve talent development and retention challengesDesign and promote talent management programs (discovery, development, placement, evaluation, promotion)Lead productivity improvement initiatives using AI and internal systems2. Recruitment & Development InitiativesPlan and execute recruitment strategies aligned with business growthDesign and manage training programs for various levels and functions3. Executive SupportAct as HR partner to executives and business leadersPrepare HR reports and proposals linked to management strategy4.
