Planning Executive – Production in Perungudi, Chennai

Key Responsibilities Plan and schedule material orders based on technical requirements. Prepare the checklist and Material Requirement Chart (MRC) upon order confirmation. Coordinate with the Purchase and Merchandising teams for timely procurement. Review the Bill of Materials (BOM) and update recaps as needed. Track ETA of trims and manage QC shortages efficiently. Monitor the Planned Cut Date (PCD) schedule and ensure timely material movement to the factory. Communicate shortages or delays promptly and arrange replacements when required. Report production status to the Production Manager on a regular basis.
