Planning IE

Grafton is part of Gi Group Holding, dedicated to the recruitment and selection of specialized profiles in the Engineering & Industry, Finance HR, Banking & Insurance, and Sales & Marketing segments.In partnership with our client, we are recruiting a Planning IE for the Construction Projects department in Lisbon/Sines.Key ResponsabilitiesResponsible for European base production line construction planning: such as plant Layout, equipment UM, process condition table, capacity calculation and other construction data output;Responsible for organizing drawing review at all stages, timely align the information with local design institute and ensure the implementation of drawing adjustment points;As the point of contact for local design, Ensure the information consistency within organization: Such as communication of local policies and design requirements, design meetings, clarify design requirements and other special communication;Responsible for make equipment move in planning, on site survey, site problem coordination and resolve, ensure equipment moving in according to time node;Responsible for support and improve the equipment debugging and capacity ramp up, site efficiency improvement and problem tracking and solving;Responsible for layout optimization and production line upgrade during operation stage. Improve production efficiency and resource utilization by analysing production line configuration and logistics scheme;Responsible for introducing Lean management during operation stage, identify waste and bottleneck around 5M1E, propose corresponding improvement measures, improve production efficiency, product quality, and reduce operating costs;Around cost advancement, assist to improve the evaluation system of planning and design, Review and standardize the planning.
