Join us to lead Project Planning and Controls initiatives that have a direct impact on business outcomes.About Your TeamThis role sits within the Planning Department and reports directly to the Senior Project Manager or Operations Manager. The department is responsible for comprehensive project planning, controls, and reporting across the lifecycle of interior fit-out works. You’ll collaborate closely with construction managers, commercial teams, site engineers, and senior leadership to ensure the seamless execution of project programmes.Your RoleAs a Planning Manager, you will:Develop and maintain detailed project programmes, establish critical paths, and manage resource allocations.Set up activities, coding structures, milestone schedules, and project calendars with construction teams.Monitor site progress, record actuals, prepare progress reports, and highlight potential bottlenecks.Conduct delay analysis and collaborate with construction managers to suggest recovery actions.Coordinate subcontractor programmes ensuring alignment with project master schedules.Mentor, train, and manage the Planning Team, ensuring high standards of delivery.Lead overall planning reporting to senior management, highlighting risks and proposing solutions.What We’re Looking ForExperience: Minimum of 10 years of project planning experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership or managerial role within high-end fit-out sector.Knowledge: In-depth understanding of planning methodologies, scheduling tools, and programme controls specific to interiors and large-scale construction projects.Expertise: Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, MS Office Suite, and exposure to CCS or equivalent planning software.Qualifications: Degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.Skills: Excellent problem-solving, analytical, leadership, and communication skills.Experience in delay analysis, subcontractor coordination, and RED FILE compliance is highly desirable.What We OfferThe opportunity to work on some of the most iconic fit-out projects in the UAE.A dynamic and supportive environment where innovation and excellence are celebrated.Leadership opportunities and structured career development.Ready to lead the way in project planning excellence?If you’re inspired by what you’ve read and believe you’re the right fit, we’d love to hear from you.Join ALEC FITOUT and play a pivotal role in shaping a high-performing team that drives our success.Apply today and be part of something excellent!
