The Planning Manager will oversee project planning, including resource allocation, scheduling, and process optimization. The role involves coordinating cross-departmental efforts to ensure projects are completed on time, monitoring performance, and adjusting plans as necessary to meet objectives. Collaboration, strategy development, and adherence to industry standards are integral to daily tasks.QualificationsProject Planning and Scheduling skills, including resource allocation and critical path managementProficiency in Data Analysis, Reporting, and Metrics Tracking to evaluate performance and identify adjustments.Using MS project or P6.Strong Leadership and Team Coordination skills to manage cross-functional collaboration effectivelyStrategic Thinking and Problem-Solving skills to address operational challenges and optimize outcomesExcellent Communication and Decision-Making skills for clear and effective coordinationExperience in the oil and natural gas industry is highly beneficialBachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
