Today, the company has a presence in 25 countries, employs over 8,000 people and manages nearly 700 stores along with 17 digital channels worldwide.We are looking for a "Planning Manager" to contribute to our company's growth journey.GENERAL QUALIFICATIONSGraduated from universities with a degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Business Engineering, Economics, etc.Experienced in all logistics operations for at least 8 years.Has planning and organizational skills.Proficient in MS Office programs.Proficient in SAP EWM application.Residing in or able to reside in Tekirdağ, Lüleburgaz, Kırklareli, Çorlu and Çerkezköy.JOB DESCRIPTIONEvaluate the current status of business processes and determine requirements.Ensure the creation of short-term (weekly-monthly) material acceptance, intralogistics operations, and shipment plans in accordance with the material flow system capacity.Coordinate with stakeholders such as product management, allocation, production, suppliers, etc. to manage logistics operation activities efficiently.Collaborate with the Human Resources department to plan and meet the seasonal workforce needs in operational processes.
