Planning Manager

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Planning & Project Control Manager to join our team, to be based at a Project Site in Uzbekistan. The ideal candidate will be responsible to develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and progress to support timely decision-making.Key Responsibilities:Develop baseline schedules (Primavera/MS Project).Track progress, forecast delays, and propose mitigations.Prepare dashboards, S-curves, and reports.Coordinate with cost control and procurement teams.Support risk and change management.Experience:Minimum 8 years in project planning and controls for wind or power projects (>100 MW).Education:Bachelor’s degree in engineering; Primavera Certification preferred.
