So if you want to be part of a caring, supportive environment where you can realize your full potential, we’re with you.Join our Team and advance your career as a Planning & Performance Senior SME As a Planning & Performance Senior SME , you will support the performance management agenda for designated businesses, including gross margin, LBM actuals and forecasts, cluster P&L, cost allocations, and sales MI. You will maintain proactive business partnering relationships between finance and cluster sales directors, providing commercial support and market intelligence.This role requires strong analytical skills, business insight, and the ability to influence performance improvements while working collaboratively across multiple teams.In This Role You Will Strategy & Planning:Support annual planning processes and produce detailed forecasts for volume, revenue, cost, margin, and RCOP.Contribute to case preparation and review of CAPEX expenditure.Business Partnering & InsightsBuild strong relationships with sales directors to understand performance drivers and propose improvements.Deliver MI analysis and commentary for leadership teams and monitor sales/marketing initiatives.Performance ReportingTranslate financial and operational performance into actionable insights.Support monthly close activities and ensure accurate cost recharges.Leadership & CollaborationShare procedures across clusters and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.Essential EducationWhat You will need to be successful:EducationPart-qualified or qualified in a recognized accountancy qualification (CIMA, ACCA, ACA, CPA).College degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.Experience & SkillsStrong understanding of MI tools (SAP BW, BIGS BO) and SAP systems.Experience in reporting, forecasting, and performance analysis.Ability to analyze complex data and drive performance improvements.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Fluent in business English (C1 level).PreferredExperience in global, matrix organizations and familiarity with oil & gas or similar industries.Preferred: Graduate-level education or professional certifications (MBA, CA, CIMA, ACCA).Experience5+ years in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.Experience in large-scale, global, matrix organizations (preferably oil & gas, retail, manufacturing, or logistics).SkillsStrong knowledge of financial statements (P&L, cash flow).Expertise in performance management and business planning processes.Proficiency in SAP, Microsoft tools, and visualization platforms (Power BI).Digital literacy and analytical capabilities.Language: Fluent English.At bp, we provide the following environment & benefits to you:Different bonus opportunities based on performance, wide range of cafeteria elementsLife & health insurance, medical care packageFlexible working schedule: home office up to 2 days / week, based on team agreementOpportunity to build up long term career path and develop your skills with wide range of learning optionsFamily friendly workplace e.g.: Extended parental leave, Mother-baby roomEmployees’ wellbeing programs e.g.: Employee Assistance Program, Company Recognition ProgramPossibility to join our social communities and networksChill-out and collaboration spaces in our beautiful Budapest Agora and Szeged offices e.g.: Play Zones, Office massage, Sport and music equipmentbp Hungary won the Most Attractive Employer 2024 Award (SSC / BSC sector) fourth time in a row at PwC's annual employer research.
