We are driven by passion and uphold values of accountability, courage, collaboration, integrity, and service.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role located in Lugano for a Planning Product Owner position within the Planning and Coordination department.This position supports the development and coordination of seasonal travel itineraries, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand standards. The role involves close collaboration with internal departments and markets, contributing to the planning process and maintaining essential documentation and tools.Main ResponsibilitiesSupport the creation and updating of seasonal travel itinerariesCollaborate with other departments in developing itinerariesMaintain planning databases and related documentationDraft website content and coordinate with the web editor to ensure updatesPrepare planning files for Market launchesConduct and maintain competitor analysis Assist Markets in preparing the Planner/ AU brochureCompile statistics for sponsorships opportunitiesParticipate in regular cross-departmental meetingsRequirements:Proficiency in Microsoft 365, especially Excel (pivot tables, macros, etc.)Fluent in English; native or bilingual proficiency preferredSolid geographic and destination knowledge, including travel logistics, visa requirements, and regional regulationsDegree in tourism or business would be considered a plus3-4 years of experience in a similar role Strong analytical and problem solving skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlinesEffective collaboration with international Markets and cross-functional teamsHigh attention to detail and accountabilityCapable of working under pressureFlexible and adaptable, with a willingness to learnStrong decision-making and problem-solving abilitiesAdaptability and willingness to learnExcellent teamwork and communication skillsAbility to deliver end-to-end solutions and manage projects independently
