Taylor Hopkinson is working with one of Ireland's fastest growing renewable energy developers to recruit a Planning Project Manager to join the team, focused on delivering high quality onshore wind, solar, and battery energy storage (BESS) projects across the country.The role will play a key role in managing the planning process across an expanding project portfolio, supporting the Head of Planning to oversee all planning-related aspects of over 30 renewable energy projects, managing multidisciplinary consultant teams and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality Environmental Impact Assessments (EIAs) and planning applications.This is a full time, staff role offering hybrid working from Dublin (1-2 days a week in the office).Role:Manage EIA and ER planning applications, ensuring the accuracy and quality of all documentation.Coordinate and oversee specialist consultants across ecology, engineering, hydrology, geology, archaeology, noise, and landscape/visual impact.Work closely with internal teams, local authorities, and external consultants to ensure each project progresses efficiently, compliantly, and strategically.Support early-stage projects from a planning and environmental strategy perspective.Manage EIA budgets, prepare and evaluate consultant proposals, and ensure value for money.Track project timelines and milestones, ensuring deliverables are met on schedule. Requirements: Strong experience in reviewing EIAs and planning applications, ideally in development or local authority role.In-depth knowledge of Irish planning law, environmental policy, and procedures.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Excellent record-keeping, report writing, and analytical skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.Full driving licence and access to a car for occasional site visits.Ability to work independently and remotely.Desired Skills and Experience"EIA" "Planning" "Renewables" "Consents" "Environmental" "Onshore Wind"
