The company is committed to delivering high-quality construction through effective project planning, cost control, and timely execution.Project DetailsResidential development project comprising 110 triplex villas with a total built-up area of approximately 3.35 lakh sq. ft.Job Responsibilities Project PlanningPrepare, update, and maintain the Master Project Schedule using MS Project (MSP) — proficiency is mandatory. Monitor and report project progress against baseline schedules. Conduct weekly tracking to identify potential slippages and critical activities. Develop and implement recovery plans to mitigate delays. Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely completion of milestones. Documentation & ReportingMaintain comprehensive site documentation, including drawings, transmittals, DBRs, MOMs, and approvals. Organize and facilitate review and coordination meetings. Prepare and circulate weekly and monthly progress reports to management and clients. Quantity Surveying & BillingConduct periodic valuation of completed works and certify vendor bills. Track and report cost variations and monitor material price trends. Analyze cost performance using Earned Value Management (EVM) techniques. Other RequirementsStrong knowledge of Quantity Surveying and Billing with hands-on experience in Project Planning. Proficiency in MS Project (MSP) is mandatory. Excellent communication, coordination, and analytical skills. Prior experience in residential and high-end villa projects is preferred.
