Key Responsibilities:Prepare sales and demand forecasts based on market analyses, sales targets, and historical dataManage and placement of purchase orders in our production plantsDevelop ordering strategies considering market requirements and production capacitiesPlan and manage vehicle allocation to our dealer network in line with demandDerive recommendations for optimal allocation in case of shortages or delivery delaysContinuously review and adjust order production volumes based on current market and sales developmentsClosely coordinate with internal departments to ensure market-oriented vehicle supplyIdentify bottlenecks and develop as well as implement countermeasuresPrepare and analyze forecast reports and variance analysesProvide support in cross-functional projectsRequirements:Completed degree in business administration or comparable qualification, ideally with a focus on automotive or supply chain / demand planningProfessional experience in production planning or allocation management, preferably in the automotive sectorStrong analytical skills, high affinity for numbers, and attention to detailConfident handling of MS Excel and ERP/planning systemsStrong communication and coordination skills when working with internal and external stakeholdersExcellent German and business-fluent English skillsWhy Join Us?Opportunity to work in a dynamic and innovative industry.Competitive salary and benefits.Exposure to global automotive trends and strategies.A collaborative team environment that fosters professional growth.
