Planning Specialist

MCC Izmir is looking for a Planning Specialist to join our team based in İzmir.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferably Industrial Engineering),Experienced in production and shipment planning processes,Strong skills in planning, organization, coordination, and problem-solving,Analytical mindset,Proficient in written and spoken English,Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications especially Excel,Preferably experienced in SAP / MS D365 modules,Resident of İzmir or willing to relocate,Able to adapt to a dynamic work environment and collaborate effectively in a team.Department Responsibilities:Creating production plans in line with shipment schedules,Coordinating and updating any order revisions in collaboration with related departments,Preparing production schedules by reviewing raw material availability and machine capacity to provide optimal delivery dates,Monitoring actual production data and updating production and shipment plans accordingly,Identifying material requirements and initiating purchase requests,Following up procurement processes in coordination with the Purchasing department,Preparing weekly and monthly reports for the planning department.
