Working closely with supply chain, quality, and commercial teams, you will ensure that production targets are met, costs are controlled, and operational standards align with the company’s strategic objectives.Your leadership, operational expertise, and hands-on approach will be crucial in driving continuous improvement, fostering a culture of excellence, and supporting the company’s ambitions in both local and regional markets.The Client’s Definition of the Ideal Fit10+ years of experience in manufacturing operations within the FMCG or food sector, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.Proven track record of managing large-scale plant operations, delivering production targets, and improving operational efficiency.Strong understanding of food safety standards, quality management systems, and regulatory compliance in Tunisia and/or the MENA region.Skilled in lean manufacturing, process optimization, and cost control.Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead a key manufacturing hub within one of Tunisia’s most dynamic FMCG food companies, driving operational excellence, safety, and quality while supporting the company’s growth and strategic objectives.
