Plant Director Equipment (sede Danimarca)We are looking for a Plant Manager to lead the Danish site of an industrial company operating in a project-based manufacturing environment.MissionAccountable for delivering assigned business goals and driving sustainable growth by leading plant operations. Ensures process efficiency, cost optimization, and compliance with internal standards and external regulations.Key ResponsibilitiesOperations Strategy ImplementationContributes to defining and executing operational strategies aligned with market and business goals.Ensures business continuity and operational excellence across production, quality, HSE, CSR, and maintenance.Supports process standardization and continuous improvement initiatives.Operational LeadershipOversees core functions including production, quality, facility management, and supply chain operations.Sets performance targets and leads teams to achieve cost, time, and quality objectives.Supports technology transfers, process changes, and customer interactions during visits or technical meetings.Production OversightCoordinates execution of production plans, ensuring targets for volumes, timing, cost, and quality are met.Ensures compliance with applicable standards and implements corrective and preventive actions where needed.Performance MonitoringDefines and tracks KPIs to evaluate manufacturing performance.Identifies issues and drives appropriate corrective actions to ensure continuous improvement. Budget Management & Procedures & ComplianceParticipates in budget planning, including CAPEX proposals.Oversees cost control and ensures proper execution of allocated budgets.Actively contributes to S&OP processes and cross-functional alignment.People Development & Stakeholder & Relationship ManagementManages, coaches, and develops plant teams.Drives engagement, talent development, and succession planning.Maintains strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to promote company capabilitiesTechnical ExpertiseGoal setting and performance management toolsProject & Program Management methodologiesIndustry knowledge and consumer insightManufacturing processes and technologiesContinuous Improvement tools (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.)ERP and production systemsCompliance with ISO, cGMP, FDA CFRs, and legal standardsBudgeting and cost controlPeople development tools and methodologiesExperience:Minimum 10 years in operations leadership roles within multinational or complex industrial environments.Sede: DanimarcaRif.
