By combining innovation with execution and function with identity, Gama delivers solutions that are dependable, enduring, and distinctive — projects that not only serve today’s needs but continue to create value for future generations.Key Responsibilities·       Lead the operations of the PMV Division, managing its performance as a cost and profit center.·       Oversee the management, maintenance, and operation of a diverse fleet of equipment, plants, and vehicles.·       Develop and implement PMV policies, procedures, and systems that enhance efficiency, safety, and cost-effectiveness.·       Utilize ERP systems and fleet management platforms to optimize asset utilization, cost control, and performance monitoring.·       Lead the procurement, renewal, and disposal of PMV assets to maximize lifecycle value and financial returns.·       Collaborate closely with project delivery teams to assess project requirements, plan and mobilize PMV resources accordingly.·       Drive initiatives to reduce maintenance and operating costs, improve uptime, and ensure adherence to company and industry standards.·       Build, train, and inspire a multidisciplinary team of engineers, supervisors, and technicians.Qualifications & Requirements·       Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Mechanical Engineering or related field.·       Minimum of 20 years of PMV experience, including 10+ years in a similar managerial role with a large construction company.·       Proven experience in managing PMV operations as a separate cost/profit center within a corporate structure.·       Demonstrated expertise in fleet management, policy development, and strategic cost optimization.·       Strong proficiency in ERP systems and asset/fleet management platforms.·       Exceptional leadership, analytical, and organizational abilities.·       Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage).Why Join GamaAt Gama, you’ll be part of a company that values operational excellence, professional integrity, and continuous improvement.
