Company: Das Foodtech Private Limited (Pintola)Location: Prantij, Himatnagar, GujaratExperience: Minimum 3 yearsRelocation: MandatoryWhy this role is importantThe strength of a factory depends on the reliability of its machines.We are looking for a Maintenance Manager who can ensure maximum uptime, zero breakdowns, and complete technical stability of our plant.Role OverviewYou will lead the maintenance team, manage preventive & predictive maintenance, and ensure continuous production.Key Responsibilities Maintain and troubleshoot all plant machinery, electricals & utilitiesImplement preventive & predictive maintenance schedulesReduce machine downtime & ensure uninterrupted productionMaintain spare parts inventory & maintenance planning systemsConduct root-cause analysis of breakdowns & implement permanent fixesEnsure compliance with safety norms, audits & statutory requirementsCoordinate closely with Production & QC for smooth operationsLead & train technicians and external service teamsIdeal CandidatesMinimum 3 years of maintenance experience in FMCG / food / manufacturingStrong understanding of plant equipment, electricals, motors, and utilitiesExperience with maintenance systems (preventive & predictive)Strong problem-solving & technical hands-on approachMust relocate to Himatnagar, Gujarat
