A story to which we want to keep adding new and successful chapters.In Morocco, we are present in two cities, Tangier and Kenitra with four production units and one Advanced delivery Center, distributing products throughout the entire country and beyond.COFICAB Morocco provides over 1000 employees with a nurturing work environment and promotes environmental and social development through a variety of CSR initiatives.COFICAB is hiring an Plant Manager AssistantJob purpose :Provides effective and efficient administrative & secretarial support to the plant manager such as coordinating meetings, managing paperwork and mail letters through defined policies, procedures and rules.Main responsibilities :- Collects executive’s commitments and considers its priorities. Maintains, coordinates and proactively adjusts calendar including meetings, appointments, travel arrangements and conferences.- Facilitates and maintains appointment schedule by scheduling meetings, conferences and teleconferences.- Coordinates external visits, welcomes guests and customers by greeting them and answers or directs inquiries as appropriate.-Ensures effective and efficient correspondence by answering phone calls, taking messages, providing necessary informations and redirecting if needed calls as appropriate.-Collects data, produces necessary informations and drafts presentations, documents and reports.Educational Background: - Bac+2 or Bachelor’s degree in Management or equivalent.Required Experience :- 1 to 3 years experience in a similar position.Functional and Technical Competencies :- Work prioritization,Schedule management,Analytical and problem-solving skills,High level of confidentialityBehavioral Competencies :Communication, Building Relationships, Self Development, Managing Performance, Personal Effectiveness, Business Skills .Good level in French & English is mendatoryHiring Manager : AARASSE Ibtihal
