What you'll do:As Plant Manager, you will be entrusted with overseeing the full spectrum of plant operations from production management through process improvement to human resources development. Your daily responsibilities will involve collaborating with various department heads to ensure seamless workflow across production planning, material control, maintenance, shipping, and safety management.
