Serioplast, a leading global manufacturer of rigid plastic packaging solutions, is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Plant Manager to lead our production site in Lavardac, France.Are you a hands-on leader with strong operational expertise in plastics manufacturing? This could be your next challenge.What will you do?Ensure overall plant performance, driving operational excellence in line with company standards and proceduresLead and coordinate Production, Technical, Logistics, and Quality functions to achieve business objectivesOversee daily operations to ensure efficiency in output, logistics, and product qualityDevelop and optimize workforce capabilities to sustain high performance and engagementFoster transparent communication to support long-term strategy and continuous improvementRepresent the company with customers, partners, and local authorities as requiredContribute to budgeting and forecasting activitiesMonitor key KPIs (MOL/VA, material yield, conformity rate, productivity index, 5S) and drive cost-reduction and performance improvement initiatives through WCM, energy efficiency, and process optimizationWhat are we looking for?5+ years as Plant Manager or Production Manager in the plastics industry (FMCG or Automotive preferred)Expertise in EBM, SBM, and/or IM (required)Strong knowledge of WCM, HSE standards, and manufacturing KPIsSolid background in supply chain & production planningEngineering degree or equivalent technical backgroundProven leadership and performance improvement track recordFluency in French and EnglishWhat do we offer?Continuous training: Grow professionally by working alongside industry expertsDynamic and international environment: Join a team engaged in global projectsCareer growth opportunities in an industry-leading companyInternal mobility: Opportunities for job rotation and career progressionSounds like a fit?
