Join us and take your career to new heights!What will you do?Manage and coordinate the plant operations in order to reach the best possible performance targets, in accordance with company standards and proceduresPromote successful long-term business strategies by effective, open two-way communication and feedbackEffectively manage manpower, overseeing staff preparation and developmentRepresent the Company towards third parties (e.g., Customers) and local authorities when necessaryManages and coordinates Plant activities in the following areas: Production, Technical matters, Logistics, and QualityOversees all daily production operations of the Plant to ensure efficient inbound/outbound logistics operations, production outpu,t and product qualityParticipates in drafting and analyzing budgets and forecasts for the PlantMonitors and devises improvements related to the plant’s KPI (MOL/VA, material Yield, conformity rate, productivity index, and 5S)Generates and implements improvement plans to reduce costs and improve plant performance, acting on manpower management, energy efficiency, and process automation, applying WCM practicesWhat are we looking for?5+ years of experience as a Plant Manager or Production Manager in the plastics industry (FMCG or Automotive)Hands-on expertise in plastic molding technologies: EBM, SBM, and/or IM (required)Strong knowledge of WCM, HSE standards, and manufacturing KPIsSolid understanding of production planning, supply chain, and logisticsProficient with CAD 2D software (e.g., AutoCAD)Engineering degree or equivalent technical backgroundProven leadership in managing teams and improving operational performanceWhat do we offer?Continuous training: Grow professionally by working alongside industry expertsDynamic and international environment: Join a team engaged in global projectsCareer growth opportunities in an industry-leading companyInternal mobility: Opportunities for job rotation and career progressionSounds like a fit?
