In summary, this role works to improve manufacturing efficiency, cost, product quality, and employee safety by analyzing current methods, and identifying new technologies and cost reduction projects for assigned area.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelops, designs and plans equipment and machine layouts, workflow, and safety precautions to maximize utilization of plant and manufacturing facilities.Evaluates worker productivity and recommends improvements to increase manpower efficiency and operating performance, reduce waste and delays, and promote cost control/reductions.Develops metrics to measure plant and equipment capacity output, and identify equipment and process flow bottlenecks.Establishes accident prevention measures, and plans and schedules training programs for personnel concerning all phases of production operation and ensures compliance with established industry safety and design standards and guidelines.Determines facility specifications, including analysis and evaluation of location, material resources, and structural design.Resolves technical problems and recommends production improvement.Other related duties as assigned.Experience RequiredBachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial or Agricultural Engineering or similar3+ years of experience engineering experience, preferably in a heavy equipment manufacturing environment.Preferred QualificationsDemonstrated problem solving skillsAbility to communicate effectively in writing as well as verballyDemonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, complex environmentExperience with paint application & paint system maintenancePay TransparencyThe annual salary for this role is USD $72,750.00 - $106,700.00 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)What We OfferWe offer dynamic career opportunities across an international landscape.
