Plant Operations Manager

We’re setting up a semi-automated plant producing frozen breaded chicken products (nuggets, tenders, escalopes). We’re looking for someone who already knows how to run this kind of line end-to-end — machinery, process flow, quality, and people management.Your MissionLead daily plant operations and production planningRun the forming → batter → breading → frying → blast freezing → packing line efficientlyEnsure machines are ready: setup, changeover, and preventive maintenance coordinationTrack yields, minimize downtime, improve efficiency, and cost per kgOwn hygiene, food safety, and compliance with all local Ministry of Health regulationsBuild SOPs and train the production teamsMust-Have Technical Knowledge✅ Machinery & equipment used in frozen breaded chicken production (Forming machine, batter/breading unit, continuous fryer, oil filtration, blast freezer, cold storage)✅ Production process & process flow (From raw receiving → marination → forming → coating → par-frying → freezing → packing)✅ Ministry of Health requirements (Approvals, documentation, inspections, traceability, batch records, food safety compliance)✅ Quality & Food Safety StandardsHACCP implementation and monitoringGMP & GHPISO 22000 / FSSC or equivalent systemsUnderstanding of quality audits, traceability, CCP monitoring, metal detection, and product releaseExperience7–10 years managing a poultry / frozen value-added products factoryExperience managing multi-zone production teams (20–40 staff per shift)Strong command of documentation, reporting, and KPIsWho You AreHands-on, not a desk managerObsessed with efficiency and qualityCan troubleshoot machinery and workflow issues on the spotComfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-stage environment
