We aim to provide “best value” services andfacilities to the community whilst ensuring a sustainable future and are committed to creating a thoughtful, protective and inclusive community that supports children and young people to feel empowered, safe and protected.If you are open to fresh ideas, committed to progressing new initiativesand driven to provide the very best service to our community, we want to hearfrom you.About The RoleReporting to the Works Engineer, you will be responsible for operating various items of plant to support the maintenance and construction of Council’s infrastructure and associated assets.About YouTheSuccessful Candidate Will HaveA current MR drivers license;Demonstrated experience in effectively operating a Backhoe;Demonstrated experience in effectively operating a 3 tonne Excavator or equivalent; andDemonstrated experience in effectively operating a Tip Truck (up to 7 tonnes).
