For one of the leading companies in Greece in the production and trading of a full range of synthetic and conventional lubricants, greases and special products.Role based in Ritsona.Key ResponsibilitiesDirect and manage all production activities at the Ritsona plant, ensuring the fulfillment of company goals and objectivesImplement and maintain processes to maximize productivity and efficiency while minimizing costsOversee quality control processes to guarantee products meet regulatory and safety requirementsLead and develop plant personnel through effective training, coaching, and performance managementEnsure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations, fostering a culture of safety within the plantCollaborate with other departments, including supply chain, sales, and quality assurance, to ensure smooth operations and address any production issuesMonitor key performance indicators and develop improvement strategies to enhance overall operational performancePrepare and manage plant budgets, providing financial oversight to ensure alignment with business objectivesDrive continuous improvement initiatives, utilizing lean manufacturing principles and technological advancementsRequirementsA minimum of 5 years of experience in plant management or a similar role within the manufacturing sectorPrior experience in a chemical manufacturing plant is considered essentialStrong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement methodologiesProven leadership skills with experience managing teams in a manufacturing environmentSolid understanding of quality, safety, and regulatory requirementsExcellent problem-solving abilities with strong analytical skillsFluent in Greek and English, with exceptional communication capabilitiesBenefitsCompetitive Compensation & benefits.
