该职位来源于猎聘 Responsibilities工作职责：  负责功率模块 plasma工艺开发、设备开发选型、过程能力验证；  负责功率模块 plasma工艺的技术能力建设  编写plasma的控制计划、PFMEA、作业指导书 Requirements任职要求：  电力电子、半导体、材料等相关专业本科以上学历；  具备功率模块工艺开发、设备维护经验，工作经验大于3年；  诚实、积极主动、创新、具备快速学习和抗压能力；  良好的沟通，团队合作及英语水平。
