Plastics Engineer

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Grove City, PA. The Plastics Engineer will be responsible for the development and implementation of plastic injection molding processes, conducting research and development (R&D) on new materials, and optimizing existing formulations. Daily tasks include overseeing extrusion and injection molding operations, collaborating with the R&D team on innovative projects, and ensuring compliance with sustainability initiatives. Qualifications Experience in Plastics Engineering and Injection MoldingKnowledge of Injection Molding and PolymersStrong background in Research and Development (R&D)Excellent problem-solving and analytical skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively with a teamBachelor's degree in Plastics Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related fieldFamiliarity with sustainable practices and materials is a plus
