Key ResponsibilitiesQuality Development and SupportProvide BU teams with support for Quality performance improvement, and troubleshootingProvide a proactive review of quality planning and specifications for new process’s/machine/product in order that potential problems are eliminated or minimizedProvide BU teams with support for Q-Auto and SAP QMInternal & External AuditingComplete corporate audits for all European sitesProvide direct support to the BU’s with key customer audits to ensure consistency across locationsComplete audits of material & equipment suppliers, to highlight risk & promote improvementSupport to all BU locations to ensure compliance and certification for ISO 9001 & BRC / IOP, ISO 22000.
Suppliers & MaterialsWork with Central Procurement Team to ensure that effective systems are in place to track the performance of key suppliers into the Business Work with Central Procurement team for the approval of new supplier (specification, quality and food safety system). The successful applicant will have a good understanding of Plastic/Polymer materials, additives and colorants, along with injection, blowing, extrusion and recycling processes.
