Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role for a Platform Marketing Support professional located in Sydney, NSW. Some work from home is acceptable. The Platform Marketing Support professional will be responsible for providing marketing support, conducting market analysis and generating reports, assisting with sales activities, handling customer service inquiries, and creating marketing content. The individual will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing strategies.QualificationsExperience in Marketing Support and SalesExcellent Analytical Skills and the ability to generate reportsStrong Communication and Customer Service skillsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferredProficiency in using marketing software and CRM toolsSelf-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a teamPrior experience in the technology or platform industry is a plus
