The ME Platform team is on the lookout for a Platform Project Manager who will be instrumental in redefining innovative mould platform technologies from concept to reality. This role is not just about managing projects; it’s about leading a movement towards scalable, cost-effective solutions that will shape the future of LEGO Group!Core ResponsibilitiesLead the delivery of platform technologies from early concept through qualification and production adoption, ensuring TRL/MRL landmarks are achieved. Structure projects around healthy engineering and project practices, balancing technical excellence with strategic execution. Coach and mentor engineers to ensure engineering perspectives are integrated into project development. Work with stakeholders to secure and align project resources, plans, and budgets that enable successful delivery. Build and maintain strong alignment with stakeholders across the value chain, ensuring the platform delivers measurable business value. Ensure structured risk management is applied by engaging the right experts and supporting robust, reliable solutions. Develop, standardize, and optimize project execution processes, tools, and ways of working to strengthen platform maturity. Provide transparent and engaging reporting on progress, risks, and findings to collaborators and leadership. Contribute to continuous improvement and capability building within the team and across the organization, focusing on VOC, iterative learning goals, progress tracking, and reporting. Play your part in our team succeedingThe ME Platform team is responsible for developing innovative, scalable, and cost-effective high-volume mould platforms to support the future growth of the LEGO Group.Play a key role in bringing mould platform technologies from idea to implemented solution, and ensure that our platforms don’t just exist, but deliver real business value across the organisation.Do You Have What It TakesA background in project or product management, mechanical engineering, moulding, tooling, or manufacturing is highly valued, along with comfort in navigating complex deployments, organizational dynamics, and partner collaboration.A passion for building structure, seeing projects through to completion, and being at the center of delivering tangible results is crucial. Curiosity and a willingness to lead—regardless of formal authority—are key traits, along with a strong motivation for achieving meaningful outcomes.The ideal candidate will bringExperience leading projects with across different teams in engineering, manufacturing, or technology environments. Experience with structured development, quality and maturity models such as TRL/MRL, DFMEA, PFMEA, and APQP (experience in applying them is highly valued) Strong technical understanding of engineering and manufacturing processes, with the ability to facilitate rather than implement solutions. Ability to plan, prioritize, and align resources and budgets effectively. Structured problem-solving approach with proven experience in driving risk management together with experts. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with ability to collaborate across functions and levels. A team-oriented approach with the ability to empower others, build alignment, and deliver results in a complex environment.
