Job Description: Venture Builder Platform Owner at ExpresSo NBExpresSo NB is seeking a passionate junior- to mid-level professional to join our team indeveloping the Venture Builder Platform for new business opportunities in the ClimateTechand People Productivity space. The role involves finding tools to source venture ideas andto identify platforms and methodologies that allow entrepreneurs-in-residence (EIRs) orventure builders to validate business ideas effectively and efficiently.Key Responsibilities• Discover and deploy tools that help source relevant venture ideas from the marketand utilize AI-driven tools to perform preliminary business analysis• Research and implement rapid prototyping tools, ranging from low-fidelity MVPs tohigh-resolution solutions.• Utilize high-impact validation platforms such as TikTok, Meta, LinkedIn, and GoogleAds to efficiently test venture concepts and assess market potential.• Implement tools to gather and analyze qualitative feedback such as customerinterviews or survey results from venture testing efforts.• Develop methods to measure key metrics of venture ideas against competitors andindustry benchmarks.• Engage with key opinion leaders and experts to test and generate early traction.• Work with venture builder leads and entrepreneurs-in-residence closely to supportidea validation process.• Encourage data-driven and analytical mindset in venture building processes.• May need to work with subsidiariesQualifications• 3-10 years of experience in business development, management consulting,startup environments, or related fields• Passionate about finding creative ways to use tools to enhance venture ideageneration and validate business ideas• Entrepreneurial mindset with comfort in ambiguous, fast-paced environments• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or related fieldCandidate Qualities• Self-driven and independent, capable of managing projects with minimalsupervision• Comfortable working within a large corporate structure while maintaining a startupspirit• Adaptable and resilient in rapidly changing environments• Proactive problem-solver who takes initiative• Collaborative team player who can also work autonomouslyAbout Venture Builder at ExpresSo NBUnlike traditional corporate roles that focus on maintaining established business lines, atExpresSo NB’s Venture Builder, you'll gain hands-on experience creating ventures fromscratch.
