End-to-end behavioral and product analytics, covering everything from requirements gathering to end reportCreate and maintain dashboards to monitor key product metricsMaintain and optimize event-tracking setupsEvaluate hypothesis, design, conduct and present the results of a/b testsInvestigate anomalies or sudden changes in user behavior or other key indicatorsSupport product and other stakeholders in feature launch, audience selection, and key metric calculationsRequirements3+ years experience in product analytics, preferably B2C E-com, Ticketing, TravelEnglish and Russian proficiency is a mustProficient with product metrics and stakeholder management.
Able to present insights clearly to both technical and non-technical colleaguesTakes ownership of projects from start to finish, handling uncertainties effectively. Proactively identifies new opportunities and impactful tasks, developing them into initiativesExperienced in behavioral and product analytics, detecting patterns and finding opportunities within user behavior and product engagementConfidence in writing complex SQL queries (window functions, query optimization, etc. ), experience with relational databases; Google BigQuery is a plusKnowledge of mathematical statistics, probability theory, basic mathematical analysis.
Experienced in designing, running, and analyzing A/B testsConfident with BI tools (creating dashboards and visualizations)Uses Python (and relevant libraries) for data exploration and analysis (familiarity with automation tools and llms is a plus)Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Firebase, and event tracking setupsWe value a proactive attitude, genuine curiosity, and attention to detail. We avoid micromanagement, so a strong sense of ownership and accountability is highly appreciated. Since Platinumlist's team is international, an intermediate or higher level of English proficiency is required.
