About the role: We are looking for a detail-oriented and structured Technical Graphic Designer to create venue seat maps in Adobe Illustrator.
The work is based on existing templates and visual styles—precise execution and adherence to structure are key. Key Responsibilities: Create venue and seating maps in Adobe Illustrator based on provided materials (floor plans, references, and descriptions);Follow existing visual templates and styles (color, typography, element sizing);Adapt maps for SVG/JSON export;Work with layers, alignment, grids, and strict adherence to style guides;Ensure output meets technical requirements (export formats, vector optimization, etc.
);Communicate with other designers or managers to implement feedback and revisionsRequirementsProficiency in Russian;Proficient in Adobe Illustrator;At least 2 years of experience as a technical or graphic designer;High attention to detail, precision, and ability to follow structured workflows;Experience working with maps, floor plans, diagrams, or similar materials is a strong plus;Ability to work within design systems and follow guidelines;Understanding of layout principles and visual hierarchy;Basic skills in exporting and optimizing files for development/integration (SVG, JSON, PDF);Relevant education in design, architecture, or graphic arts is a plus;Experience working remotely, with strong time management and a responsible attitude.
Nice to Have: Familiarity with Figma;Experience in the event industry (ticketing, venue layout, seating plans);Ability to work with English-language documentation.
