We are seeking a professional and well organised Executive Assistant to provide exceptional support to the Chief Executive & the Board of Playcentre Aotearoa. This role provides an opportunity to utilise your EA experience in a busy not-for-profit environment, always being one step ahead of the game.

Duties Include, But Are Not Limited ToProactively manage the email inbox and diary for the Chief ExecutivePrepare and organise meetings, including minute-taking and follow-up administrationManage travel bookings for the Chief Executive and Senior Leadership TeamBuild and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholdersAct as the primary point of contact as Secretary for Board MembersAbout YouThis opportunity is well suited to someone who has proven capability supporting Senior staff in an EA capacity, whose values align with Playcentres vision to support the connection and enrichment of Whānau and Community while honouring Te Tiriti o Waitangi.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have The FollowingPrevious EA experience supporting a Chief Executive is highly desirableAble to organise and manage multiple priorities, working to tight timeframes while maintaining attention to detail and confidentialityProficient with Microsoft Suite & Office 365 and strong technical skillsExcellent relationship management and communication skills, both written and verbalAble to identify opportunities for and support process/system improvementPrevious experience as a Board SecretaryApplicants for this position should have NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa.
