Based in Tokyo, this team plays a pivotal role in enhancing customer engagement across all key touchpoints—including websites, email, mobile apps, consoles, and select social channels such as LINE—by leveraging data, technology, and cross-functional collaboration.The team works closely with global counterparts in San Mateo and London, contributing to global operations and ensuring that marketing strategies are both locally relevant and globally aligned.
